Entry Level

Grounds Crew / Laborer

Bell & Coryell County · Full-time or part-time

Help with day-to-day yard work and cleanup. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that keeps properties safe, neat, and presentable.

What you’ll do

  • Mow, edge, and clean up lawns and sidewalks.
  • Rake, bag, and load branches, brush, and debris.
  • Assist with trimming, pruning, and general cleanups.
  • Help keep trucks, tools, and job sites organized.

What helps you succeed

  • Comfortable working outdoors in heat and changing weather.
  • Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds safely.
  • Show up on time and follow instructions clearly.
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Experienced

Tree Climber / Arborist Assistant

Bell & Coryell County · Full-time

Support safe tree trimming and removals. Ideal for someone with prior tree work experience, rope and harness use, or strong interest in learning.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with climbing, rigging, and limb removal under supervision.
  • Use chainsaws, pole saws, and other tree-care tools safely.
  • Guide branches safely to the ground and help with cleanup.
  • Follow safety procedures and help protect people and property.

What helps you succeed

  • Previous tree work, climbing, or rope experience.
  • Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working at heights and with power tools.
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL or trailer experience is a plus.
